Open kitchen (2 hot plates, mini-oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, raclette grill). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Balcony. Beautiful view of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Reserved parking. Please note: non-smokers only. TV only FR. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Residence "La Royale", 4 storeys. Outside the resort, 2.3 km from the centre of St Gervais, in a sunny position, 6.6 km from the skiing area, located by a road. In the house: lift. In Winter: please take snow chains. Shop 1.8 km, grocery 1.8 km, restaurant 1.8 km, bus stop 600 m, outdoor swimming pool 3.8 km, thermal baths "Thermes de Saint Gervais" 6.3 km. Tennis 4.3 km, minigolf 4.3 km, sports centre 2 km, skisport facilities 1.5 km, ski bus stop 600 m, ice rink 3 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont Blanc.
