Balcony, east facing position. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Reserved parking (1 car). Please note: fridge without freezer, non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. TV only FR. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

In the house: storage room for skis, washing machine (for shared use). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (limited number of spaces). Shop 1.4 km, restaurant 1.4 km, bakery 700 m, bus stop 400 m, outdoor swimming pool 1.7 km, thermal baths "Thermes de Saint Gervais" 7.5 km. Tennis 1.5 km, minigolf 1.5 km, skisport facilities 700 m, ice rink 1.2 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont-Blanc. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). The owner lives in the same residence.
