1-room apartment 18 m2 on 1st floor. Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed. Alcove with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Kitchenette (microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Samoëns: The Residence "les Espaces" consists of seven 4 storey buildings: "Amaryllis", "Edelweiss", "Cyclamens", "Dorines", "Iris", "Knautias" and "Joncioles" spread over quiet private tree park with walking trails. Residence "Les Joncioles". In the resort. For shared use: children's playground. In the house: lift, storage room for skis. Parking on the premises, public parking on the road. Shop, restaurant 200 m, outdoor swimming pool 1 km. Tennis 1 km, skisport facilities 500 m.
