If you are looking for a perfectly cozy cabin in the woods, then Homestead 2035 is for you! This great location feels like a true mountain ski lodge than any other location in Keystone. This condo is a very short walk to the free shuttle system which will whisk you away to any part of the resort within minutes! Take the shuttle to the Mountain House base area which has a 20 yards walk to the short and easily accessible lift lines.

Make yourself at home in the recessed living room that boasts an enormous floor to ceiling stone gas fireplace and a new 40 inch flat screen TV. 4/5 Very roomy condo

A FlipKey verified reviewer, Cypress - January 2014

Our family of 5 had plenty of space in this roomy condo and enjoyed our stay! It was nice that the condo provided extra trash bags, dish soap etc... The only downside was that the lighting in bedrooms where dim. We also found it hard to regulate the heaters to keep a keep the rooms at a similar temperature. Otherwise, everything was great and I would recommend this unit!!

5/5 It was very accommodating!

Ben and Sue Klingenberg, IL - December 2013

It was nice because it was close to the shuttle service facility. Everything was in good order and condition. We did lose a phone charger, but I guess those things happen. I am sure we would like to rent this place again!

4/5 awesome large condo

A FlipKey verified reviewer, st louis - December 2012

Very large 2 br condo, convenient to our lodgepole home. Nicely furnished and stocked.

5/5 Final Four Win

R and JL May, OK - December 2012

This was our final trip for the four of us to make together before our son marries in March. We love the snow and though JL had been to Keystone as a kid, none of the rest of us had. We were unfamiliar with where to stay so we did a lot of research, but we were still a little afraid of what we had ultimately purchased. We've been disappointed before by other rentals. Homestead 2035 was great! We were after 6 checking in, but our packet with the keys was where it was supposed to be and getting to Homestead was easy. The four person sleeping arrangement was perfect for us. The living area was very comfortable and the view out back is terrific. We played games at the 10 person dining table. Put a puzzle together in the breakfast nook. We used the kitchen a lot and had no difficulties. Homestead 2035 is a straight 30 foot walk to the door of the swimming pool and hot tub. That was great. When you go out the back in the winter, the river is frozen and provides some cool playing/hiking/sliding opportunity. To get what we got for less than a $1000 for our stay (December 18-23), we are very happy. And Skyrun was flexible enough that because our flight from Denver wasn't until 7 p.m. and there was no one coming in immediately after us, they let us stay until we needed to leave, which wasn't til 4:00 p.m. Check out is usually 10 a.m. So, the experience was a win for us!

4/5 Nice place for the price.

A FlipKey verified reviewer, Cayman Islands - April 2012

All we expected. If you arrive late the process of getting the key and finding it is a bit arduous. would stay there again.

5/5 A great ski getaway!

Ed H., CO - December 2011

The condo was well furnished and the kitchen was well-equipped. You can't beat the view of the valley and mountains from this condo and the convenience of staying here for skiing at Keystone. The SkyRun staff were extremely helpful.

4/5 Attend a wedding at Keystone

Rick & Judy, Florida - July 2011

The facility was nicely kept. The shades on the scenery windows were not up to par. There could have been some fans to help with the heat. Several lamps were deficient, one with no turn knob and another with the socket so loose it almost fell out. The shower door in the small bedroom would not close tightly. In general, however, we enjoyed our stay and the unit was very attractive.

4/5 Great relaxing environment!

Toni, MO - July 2011

The condo was great. Lots of room. Only thing I would change is the condo needs some fans. The condo got stuffy in the morning and needed some air circulation. We would definitely rent this one again!

4/5 Very Pleasant

A FlipKey verified reviewer, Oklahoma - March 2011

We enjoyed our stay in 2035 Homestead. Pros: Very homey; lots of room; nice leather furniture; kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware, misc. utensils; good location; nice layout. Cons: Quite a few lightbulbs were burned out (kitchen, master bedroom, guest bathroom, misc. lamps). I would've thought the cleaning crew would have changed these out had they turned on the lights to clean. Batteries for the t.v. remote were either missing or not working. T.V. in the living room was kind of small. These are minor "cons", obviously not a deal breaker, just annoying. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this unit and would recommend it.

5/5 Super view, quiet, conveinetly located

vacation skier, TX - March 2010

This condo is unique in that it is in a one story building. No stairs or elevators or people above you clanking boats. Parking and hot tub facilities are 50 feet from the front door. Great view over the snake river and mountains. Short ride to slopes on great bus schedules.

5/5 Great home. We loved it.

Andrey, il - November 2008

Great home. We loved it. Very convinietly located. everything as described on website.

4/5 Comfortable condo, nice location

cruisequeenMcAllen, McAllen - March 2015

While this was our first time to stay at Homestead 2035, we have stayed in Homestead 2036 for a month or more the last three summers. We decided to try Homestead 2035 during a recent ski trip to the mountains and were glad we did. This unit has been updated and is very comfortable and very welcoming. The kitchen is well equipped for meals you wish to have at the condo. I would definitely stay here again. We noticed some issues with the condo when we arrived, we called the Property Manager at SkyRun and they fixed the issues. The staff was very friendly and nice to work with.
