Fantastically located apartment in the historic Grassmarket area of Edinburgh's Old Town. Sitting at the foot of the spectacular Victoria St and with views across the open plaza. As central as possible, the entire city centre is within easy walking distance of the apartment. Featuring a lovely living space, cosy bedroom and modern bathroom, it's the perfect space for 2 guests. This home is complete with hotel quality linen, fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to make your stay all the more comfortable and enjoyable! The Space: The home is located up a flight of stairs on the 2nd floor. The open plan living room and kitchen are at the front of the apartment, with the dining table over looking the Grassmarket. The kitchen is conveniently equipped with a oven, stove and microwave. The bedroom has plenty of storage and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom sits to the rear of the apartment complete with a bathtub, to relax at the end of a busy day exploring! Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire home. Interaction with Guests: My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. The Neighborhood: Sitting in the shadow of Edinburgh Castle, the Grassmarket was the focal point of historic Edinburgh. Not just where farmers sold their goods, it was also used for public executions.

These days it's home to a fantastic array of restaurants, cafes and bars most of which have great outdoor seating areas. Getting Around: The entire city centre is within easy walking distance of the apartment and there are multiple taxi ranks near the apartment.

Buses also pass the top of the road, though unless you're travelling far, you really won't need to use these. Other Things to Note: Please note we do charge a £30 late check-in fee between 10 PM and 7 AM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us.
