5/5 Perfect place to stay

My husband and I spent 5 nights in this apartment in late May. Mr Garcia who dealt with access arrangements was easy to contact and very helpful. The apartment was spacious for two and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and there was more than ample storage space in the bedroom. The shower was hot and powerful, the kitchen facilities good, the settee comfortable, WiFi signal good and there was a good selection of channels in English on the TV (if you could tear your eyes away from the view) The apartment faces the Harder Kulm side of the valley rather than the Jungfraujoch so any sun on the balcony comes late in the day. There is a nice mountain view and a constant stream of parachutists coming down onto the park area in front of the building for you to watch. Lidl is within a short walk and you are less than 5 minutes from Interlaken West station and just over 10 from Interlaken Ost on foot. The only drawback is that you have to provide a security deposit in cash on arrival of 300 CHF. Your tourist tax is deducted and the balance returned to you at the end of the visit. This leaves you with a substantial amount of cash in a foreign currency to change back to GBP or whatever you normally use if you stay here at the end of the trip. The apartment however was great and I would happily recommend it.
