The Holiday Farm Perteut is located on the sunny valley side, facing southwards, of Santa Cristina Val Gardena, aprox. 1 km from town center away. There you find all services like public busses, grocery stores, shops, rentals, restaurants, bars and much more. So everything reachable in 2 minutes by car or, for those who are not afraid of uphills, in 10-15 walking.
In Winter you will be able to reach the lifts of the Dolomiti Superski in 2 minutes by car, or by using the free skibus, stopping 450 m from the house away.
In Summer you will find the hiking paths of the Dolomites just behind the house and the Summer-Bus stop only 450 m away.
The property is also equipped with all needed for perfect mountain holidays, like 1 free outdoor parking for each apartment (You can rent an additional parking in the garage for surcharge), bike & ski deposit with boot heater, common washing and drying machines (for surcharge: 8€/wash for the washing machine and 2€/wash for the drying machine), free Wi-Fi, linen and towels.
The property offers on request fresh bread service. The cost depends on the amount and type of bread ordered.
Additionally, you can book in advance a basket with breakfast basket for surcharge.
Regarding pets, the property allows only small sized dogs and maximum one per apartment, at additional charge.

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.
Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in
Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)
Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.
In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).
It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.
Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.
The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.
The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.
If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.
The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.

Die Gäste sind verpflichtet, die Fenster mindestens zweimal am Tag, einmal morgens und einmal abends, für jeweils mindestens 5 Minuten zu öffnen, um die Feuchtigkeit aus der Wohnung zu lassen und Schimmelbildung zu vermeiden. Wenn diese Regel nicht eingehalten wird und bei der Abreise der Gäste Schimmel festgestellt wird, fallen Kosten für die Wiederherstellung der Unversehrtheit der Wohnung an.
Aufgrund der geografischen Lage kann das Wi-Fi unterbrochen oder verlangsamt werden, so dass dieser Service nicht immer garantiert ist.
Das Haus ist nicht mit Lebensmitteln wie Kochgewürzen oder verschiedenen Verbrauchsmaterialien wie Shampoo, Seife, etc. ausgestattet. Eventuell vorhandenes Verbrauchsmaterial ist nur als Willkommensgeschenk gedacht und wird während Ihres Aufenthalts nicht nachgefüllt.
Die für den Zutritt zur Wohnung erforderlichen Zahlungen sind die Kurtaxe und die Vorautorisierung der Kaution durch SWIKLY in Höhe von 500 €.
Wenn nicht vorher vereinbart, müssen die physischen Schlüssel, die Vorteilskarte und andere Accessoires, die beim Check-in zur Verfügung gestellt werden, an das MUSE.holiday-Büro in der Via Arnaria 9A in St. Ulrich zurückgegeben werden, andernfalls werden 50€ für die Schlüsselabholung berechnet.
Der Betrag für die Endreinigung deckt nur eine Standardreinigung ab. Sie beinhaltet nicht das Abwaschen des Geschirrs und die Entfernung des Mülls aus den Wohnungen an die angegebenen Stellen. Für übermäßig verschmutzte Wohnungen, nicht abgewaschenes Geschirr und nicht entfernten Müll wird ein variabler Aufpreis berechnet, der sich nach der Anzahl der überschüssigen Arbeitsstunden richtet.

Die Unterkunft ist bestens ausgestattet um Ihren Urlaub in den Dolomiten erstklassig zu gestalten, denn sie bietet einen kostenlosen Außenparkplatz (1 pro Wohnung – zusätzliche Parkplätze in der Garage gegen Gebühr verfügbar), Bike & Skidepot mit Schuhtrockner, gemeinsame Wasch- und Trockenmaschine (gegen Gebühr: 8€/Nutzung für die Waschmaschine + 2€/Nutzung für den Trockner), kostenloser W-Lan, Bettwäsche und Handtücher.
Auf Anfrage können Sie auch Brötchenservice bestellen. Die Kosten hängen von der Menge und Art des Brotes ab.
Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit im Voraus einen Frühstückskorb gegen Aufpreis zu bestellen.
Bezüglich Haustiere: es sind nur kleine Hunde und davon maximal einer pro Wohnung, gegen Aufpreis, erlaubt.

Nicht in allen Häusern sind Haustiere erlaubt. Um Missverständnisse zu vermeiden, bitten wir Sie, uns separat zu informieren, wenn Sie beabsichtigen, sie mitzubringen. In Häusern, in denen Haustiere erlaubt sind, wird ein Aufpreis von € 15,00 / Tier / Nacht erhoben. Babybett, Kinderhochstuhl und Kinder-Bettschiene sind gegen Gebühr und im Voraus zu buchbar.
Check-In nach 19.00 Uhr nur nach vorheriger Anmeldung bis 18.00 Uhr am Anreisetag und nach Vorlage der erforderlichen Unterlagen und Zahlung der Kurtaxe + Extras per Kreditkarte beim Check-In möglich
Die Heizung ist von Oktober bis April eingeschaltet (in diesem Zeitraum ist die Heizung nicht eingeschaltet, wenn die Außentemperatur 15°C übersteigt oder wenn die Innentemperatur 21°C erreicht oder übersteigt)
Das Aufladen von Elektrofahrzeugen oder anderen Speichermedien ist nicht gestattet, es sei denn, es ist in der Anzeige anders angegeben. Wenn es erlaubt ist, ist es nur nach Rückbestätigung durch MUSE.holiday und gegen einen variablen Aufpreis möglich.
Bei Verschwendung von Strom, Gas oder anderen Betriebsmitteln fallen zusätzliche Kosten an (z.B.: ganztägig eingeschaltetes Licht bei Abwesenheit der Gäste, laufende Heizung bei geöffneten Fenstern).
Die Gäste sind verpflichtet, die Fenster mindestens zweimal am Tag, einmal morgens und einmal abends, für jeweils mindestens 5 Minuten zu öffnen, um die Feuchtigkeit aus der Wohnung zu lassen und Schimmelbildung zu vermeiden. Wenn diese Regel nicht eingehalten wird und bei der Abreise der Gäste Schimmel festgestellt wird, fallen Kosten für die Wiederherstellung der Unversehrtheit der Wohnung an.
Aufgrund der geografischen Lage kann das Wi-Fi unterbrochen oder verlangsamt werden, so dass dieser Service nicht immer garantiert ist.
Das Haus ist nicht mit Lebensmitteln wie Kochgewürzen oder verschiedenen Verbrauchsmaterialien wie Shampoo, Seife, etc. ausgestattet. Eventuell vorhandenes Verbrauchsmaterial ist nur als Willkommensgeschenk gedacht und wird während Ihres Aufenthalts nicht nachgefüllt.
Die für den Zutritt zur Wohnung erforderlichen Zahlungen sind die Kurtaxe und die Vorautorisierung der Kaution durch SWIKLY in Höhe von 500 €.
Wenn nicht vorher vereinbart, müssen die physischen Schlüssel, die Vorteilskarte und andere Accessoires, die beim Check-in zur Verfügung gestellt werden, an das MUSE.holiday-Büro in der Via Arnaria 9A in St. Ulrich zurückgegeben werden, andernfalls werden 50€ für die Schlüsselabholung berechnet.
Der Betrag für die Endreinigung deckt nur eine Standardreinigung ab. Sie beinhaltet nicht das Abwaschen des Geschirrs und die Entfernung des Mülls aus den Wohnungen an die angegebenen Stellen. Für übermäßig verschmutzte Wohnungen, nicht abgewaschenes Geschirr und nicht entfernten Müll wird ein variabler Aufpreis berechnet, der sich nach der Anzahl der überschüssigen Arbeitsstunden richtet.
Wichtig: Wir arbeiten mit SWIKLY zusammen - dem führenden Anbieter von Mietkautionen. Bevor der Check-in beginnt, müssen Sie die Kaution online bezahlen. Es wird nichts von Ihrer Kreditkarte abgebucht, vorautorisiert oder gesperrt. Dies hat nicht einmal Auswirkungen auf das Limit Ihrer Kreditkarte!
