Skiing in Santa Cristina - the middle village in the beautiful Val Gardena, one of the 3 valleys coming off the 26km Sella Ronda circuit, Santa. Cristina is an authentic and pretty ski resort in the stunning Italian Dolomites - one of the few places that has attained Unesco natural world heritage status.
With access to over 400km of piste locally, ski holidays in S. Cristina also offer the chance to explore 1220km of pistes on the Super Dolomiti ski pass taking in resorts such as Corvara in Alta Badia and Canazei in Val di Fassa. From Corvara, you can ski over to Arabba and on to the Marmolda - the highest mountain in the Dolonites standing at 3,263m.
The apres-ski is fairly relaxed with several good cafes, bars and fine restaurants serving local and international dishes.
