This exceptional chalet sleeping up to 6 guests in 2 bedrooms is perfectly situated close to the centre of Kitzbühel with its shops, bars and restaurants and only a 3 minute drive to the Hahnenkammbahn gondola.
Chalet Ninni has a cosy feel with a fully equipped kitchen, open plan lounge with flat-screen TV and patio doors which open on to the large terrrace and extensive garden with mountain views.
There are 2 bedrooms:
On the ground floor, you have a large double bedroom with ensuite bathroom which is shared by the other bedroom through a separate entrance.
On the first floor which looks on to the lounge via the gallery, you have an additional bedroom, with 2 sets of twin beds.

Deposit
To book your ski holiday a 35% deposit is required at the time of booking. The final balance is then due 8 weeks before your arrival at the resort.
Booking deposits are non-refundable but they are flexible and you can move the date of your holiday at any point before your 8-week final balance due date. The booking can only be moved within the same season it was originally booked.
Check-in and check-out
The standard changeover day is Saturday, with a check-in time of 15:00 and check-out at 10:00. This gives time to ready the chalet for your arrival and makes sure the accommodation is exactly as it should be.

The chalet is located approximately 15 minutes walk from the centre of Kitzbühel or a 3 minute drive .
Skiing in Kitzbühel - winner of the best ski resort award for 2013. A top international 700 year old resort, famed for it's spas and the Hahnenkamm World Cup downhill held every January. Steeped in history and tradition, Kitzbühel is a ski resort that caters for the skiers and non-skiers in abundance - a shoppers paradise with a great selection of boutiques and designer shops.
With over 168km of pistes, mainly for beginners and intermediates, skiing in Kitzbühel is a fantastic experience.
