Very functional, ideal location and a reasonable purchase price. The apartment is in good rental condition and ready to rent out. Location The Chamois Blanc apartment building is located just southwest of downtown Chamonix, opposite the Plan B hotel. It is 450 metres from the main shopping street, Rue Docteur Paccard (4 minutes walk), but many shops and restaurants are nearby. There are several bars within a short walk. To access the slopes, the apartment building is right opposite the main bus station. The closest ski area is Le Brévent, a 2-minute bus ride away. Le Chamois Blanc is also less than 2 minutes walk from the Aiguille du Midi cable car, giving access to the famous Vallée Blanche.
