The sleeping area includes a master suite with a private terrace and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a double bedroom with direct access to a sun terrace, and a bedroom with a bunk bed ideal for children or guests. Two additional bathrooms, both with showers, complete the sleeping area.
The living area, with large windows overlooking the lake, houses a bright living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a convivial dining area. Three furnished terraces invite you to enjoy the view in every season.

There is a statutory local tax of CHF 4.00 per person, per night, for guests aged 12 and above which is collected when you check-out. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Check-in and Checkout times
Check-in is available from 15.00pm to 20:00 p.m. If you wish to arrive earlier, please request this on the contact form when making your reservation request but in any event, you'll need to let the chalet know in advance what time you'll arrive. Check-out is before 11.00am.
Penthouse rules

- Unaccompanied minors under the age of 18 are not allowed
- Cots and extra beds are not available at the penthouse
- Pets are not allowed
- Any damages will be documented and the cost withheld from the security deposit
Alpine Penthouse sits at 1815m in Silvaplana - Surlej on the slopes within the Engadine Valley. Please note that if you are driving here during the winter season, the Bernina Pass, Julier Pass, Albula Pass, and Maloja Pass can often be closed due to snow storms so always check before attempting to drive up to the resort.
Sitting in the heart of the Engadine Valley, skiing holidays in Silvaplana-Surlej are all about great skiing, superb food and spectacular scenery. It's known as being a top ski resort for intermediate and expert skiers and snowboarders with challenging trails around the Corvatsch ski area.
