How to get to Cervinia
Cervinia sits at 2054m in the stunning Aosta Valley on the Swiss border and shares the same ski area as Zermatt.
By plane
The closest airport to Cervinia is Turin with airport transfer times taking around 90 minutes. Getting from either of the Milan airports will add another hour to your journey. Alternatively, you can fly into Geneva and take the Autoroute Blanche to the Chamonix Valley and then drive through the Mont Blanc tunnel to enter the Aosta Valley.
By car
Easy to reach, served by the A5 Torino-Aosta motorway. Take the Châtillon/Saint-Vincent exit and head along the regional road to Cervinia for 28 km. Valtournenche is 19 km after Châtillon and 9 km before Breuil-Cervinia.
By train
The nearest railway station is at Châtillon/Saint-Vincent (info and timetables www.trenitalia.it). From Châtillon, and also from Turin and Milan, there is a coach service to and from Breuil-Cervinia Valtournenche (info and timetables www.savda.it).
