2-room apartment 50 m2, on the ground floor. Cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: 1 room with 1 x 1 bunk beds, 1 double bed. Kitchen-/living room (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining nook and satellite TV (flat screen). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Please note: non-smoking house.

House "Baumannerhof", 820 m a.s.l.. 3.3 km from the centre of Fügen, 10 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, 4.5 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. 2 km long steep, narrow motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 5 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 3.3 km, bus stop "Fügen Gemeindeamt/Apotheke" 3.1 km, railway station "Fügen-Hart i.Z. Bahnhof" 3.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 2 km, ski lift 4.5 km, gondola lift 4.5 km, ski bus stop 5 km, sled run 3.5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Spieljochbahn Fügen, Ski Optimal Hochzillertal Kaltenbach. The apartment on the 2nd floor is partly used by holiday guests who use the separate kitchen on the ground floor (access via a common hallway). The use of fireworks is prohibited on New Year's Eve.
