Upper floor: (steep stair) gallery with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 100 - 160 cm with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm). Balcony 6 m2, west facing position. Terrace furniture. View of the lake. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Reserved parking space n 539. Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

As part of the water restriction measures linked to drought in some of our departments, please note that the rental swimming pool may be closed by prefectural decree. Residence "Coudalère/Guadeloupe", 2 storeys. 2.5 km from the sea, 50 m from the lake, 2.5 km from the beach.
