5-room house 130 m2 on 2 levels. Cosy furnishings: 1 double bedroom. Living room with Scandinavian wood stove, satellite TV, radio, CD-player and DVD. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table, radio. Shower/WC. Upper floor: 3 double bedrooms, each room with hand-basin. Shower/WC. Balcony. Terrace furniture. View of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed.

Cosy cottage "Ötztal". In the resort, in a quiet, sunny position in the residential district, 2 km from the lake, 600 m from the skiing area. Private: garden, lawn for sunbathing. Patio (sandbox). In the complex: sauna, steam room, spa area in 10 m for shared use (extra), storage room for skis, central heating system. Towel change weekly. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Shop 100 m, grocery 100 m, restaurant 200 m, bicycle rental 300 m, bus stop, railway station "Ötztal" 7 km, outdoor swimming pool 400 m, thermal baths 25 km, swimming bay 2 km.
