How to get to La Toussuire
The closest airport to La Toussuire is Chambery with transfers taking around 1 hour to cover the 92kms.
The other major airports that service the region are Geneva, Chambery, Lyon and Turin. Airport transfers can be booked in advance or alternatively, hiring a car is a good option especially if you are planning on doing some skiing in nearby resorts such as Valloire.
Transfers By car
Whichever direction you are driving from, you will need to get on the motorway A43 and exit at exit at Saint Jean de Maurienne just 17 km From La Toussuire, then, follow the direction "Vallie de l'Arvan" on the D78 which brings you to the resort.
By train
The nearest station is Saint Jean de Maurienne just 17kms from the resort and serviced by the fast trains from Paris which take just 4 hours 30 minutes. From the station, there are regular buses to La Toussuire or you can take a taxi.
