Welcome to ESI Les Menuires - our international ski school provides professional and fully qualified instructors who offer a tailored service so that the ski lessons or guided ski tours are a perfect match for your ability and aspirations... there's a course for all tastes and all levels.
We cater for all skiing abilities and for children aged between 3-5 years old, we have our own private kindergarden.
All our instructors speak several languages including French, English, Italian, Spanish and Russian.
Ski guiding & touring
To experience the full extent of what Les Menuires has to offer, why not try some touring. Expert local guides will navigate you around the high mountain trails in safety taking you on an adventure around the off-piste tours of the 6 Vanoise glaciers.
Pierre Lory
A beautiful off-piste itineary starting from the top of the Col chair lift at Val Thorens and surfing down into the stunning Maurienne Valley.
Gebroulaz glacier
This has to be one of best guided tours in the 3 Valleys and covers around 25km with a drop of 1700m all the way back to Meribel. From the Col de Thorens, you use skins for about 400m to reach the Aiguille de Polset which is where the decent along the side of the Gebroulaz glacier starts. The views of the Vanoise glaciers and the southern Alps are amazing from 3200m!

Proneige is a ski and snowboard school offering private or group lessons in a variety of alpine disciplines - skiing, snowboarding, freestyle and handiski. For children, we offer ski lessons for those aged 3 and above.
If you want to improve your freestyle technique and learn some tricks, we have our own airbag where you can practice all sorts of jumps in safety.
We have 50 qualified ski and snowboard instructors from the National Ski and Mountaineering school(ENSA) who speak many languages including English, Italian, Danish, Spanish, Russian and German.
