Obergurgl ski holidays- a stunning high altitude glacial ski resort in the Ötztal valley with the skiing based around the 2 ski areas of Obergurgl and Hochgurgl, which together provide 112 kms of lift-linked pistes. The “Top Express” connects both areas via a 3.6 km gondola ride over the Königstal and Ferwalltal valleys in just 9 minutes.
The beginner slopes of Gaisberg are just above the village with many blue slopes. For intermediate and advanced skiers, the pistes at Festkogl in Obergurgl are not to be missed as is the challenging Schermerspitze piste in Hochgurgl.
Off the slopes, Obergurgl is well known for it's lively apres-ski with a good selection of cafes, bars and restaurants.
