By train

The The nearest train station to Saint-François-Longchamp is Saint-Avre–La-Chambre. Located just 12 km down the mountain, the station connects directly to the resort via local shuttle services or taxis which take about 12 minutes. If you are coming from further afield such as Paris or Geneva, you will usually need to catch a TGV to Chambéry first and transfer to a TER regional train that takes you to Saint-Avre–La-Chambre.
