The beautiful 3 Zinnen region is part of the UNESCO World Heritage site within the Italian Dolomites and boasts some of the most spectular mountain scenery in the world. The village of Toblach, is Known for its pristine beauty with Lake Dobbiaco and Lake Dürrensee on its doorstep.
The local ski slopes are at the family-friendly Rienz ski area. However, Toblach is just a short shuttle bus away to the main ski area which has 115 kms of pistes lift-linked across the 5 mountains and includes the world-famous 3 Peaks. Off the slopes, the apres-ski is relaxed with a small selection of cafes, bars and restaurants serving local specialities such as Canederli (bread dumplings), Schlutzkrapfen (spinach/cheese ravioli) and farmer’s speck, venison.

One of several ski resorts in the 3 Zinnen, Niederdorf has managed to stay under the radar but is starting to get noticed outside of its main domestic market. The scenery is spectacular with 3000m jagged peaks in every direction and the skiing possibilities endless.
