Val d'Isere piste map Skiing in Val d'Isere and around L'Espace Killy
Val d'Isere skiing holidays offer more than just a local ski area. You have the added advantage of the pistes being lift-linked to Tignes so that you have over 300km of piste to explore. The whole ski area known as L'Espace Killy is vast and you will definitely need your piste map to navigate your way around.
The Val d'Isere piste map gives a flavour for the endless off-piste opportunities from steep couloirs to open bowls in the back-country - taking a guide is highly recommended. And, with most of the ski accommodation being a short walk to the lifts, less time is wasted getting on and off the slopes.
If you are looking to try skiing in another resort for a day or two, Val d'Isere sits at the top end of the Tarentaise Valley which is home to some other world famous ski resorts, including those in the Les 3 Vallees and the Paradiski system.
