Kitchenette in the entrance (2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Philips Senseo) extra, combination microwave). Bath/WC. Small balcony, west facing position. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Please note: non-smokers only.

Seefeld: Child friendly, cosy apartment block "Alpenland". 600 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position, 1.2 km from the lake, 400 m from the skiing area. For shared use: large, well-kept garden, lawn for sunbathing, indoor pool heated (13 x 6 m). Children's playground. In the house: lounge, sauna, lift, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery 600 m, restaurant 100 m, bakery 400 m, pedestrian zone 600 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 30 m, railway station 600 m, outdoor swimming pool 1 km, indoor swimming pool 1 km, public bathing area 1.5 km, bathing lake "Wildsee" 1.2 km.
