3.5-room flat (99 m² with 3 bathrooms) for 6 people, including: Living room (TV, Wi-Fi), dining area, open-plan kitchen (ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, fondue set, raclette oven) and balcony; one bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200) with en-suite bathroom (bath/WC) and balcony; one bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200) with en-suite bathroom (shower/WC) and a balcony, 1 sleeping alcove with 2 single beds (90x200), 1 bathroom (shower/WC). An underground parking space is included in the rent.

The residence is centrally and quietly located at the foot of the slopes (50 meters to the first ski slope) and 400 meters from the town center. Its location is sunny and benefits from an unobstructed view of the Dents-du-Midi. The residence has an elevator, a laundry room (washer and dryer), and a ski room.
