You will also find a lawn in front of the house. It’s only a 5 minute walk to the train station, the „Mauren-Skilift, the Wallbach baths, to restaurants and shops. The apartment is a perfect starting point for skiing in the winter and hiking, biking and golfing (golfclub Gstaad-Saanenland) in the warmer seasons.
Fully renovated penthouse with a wonderful oak parquet floor. Livingroom with dining table for 6-8 persons (children highchair Tripp Trapp will be provide on demand), couch, rocking chair, SAT-TV, Radio, DVD. The kitchen is open to the living room and equipped with induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine (Nespresso), raclette grill and fondue pan and all other common accessories. The parents’ bedroom has a box spring bed (180x200 cm), children bedroom has three single beds 2x 90x190 cm & 1x 90x200 cm. A baby travel bed will be provide on demand. Additionally, the apartment has an extended attic with additional doss (on demand). The bathroom has a shower, mirror cabinet and lavatory (hairdryer is available). In the second bathroom is a toilet with lavatory. The apartment has a balcony with table and chairs and a barbecue grill (in the summer). It’s only allowed to smoke on the balcony. It’s FORBIDDEN to use the chimney. Washing machine and tumbler are in the basement. And also a locker for the skis. The garage (second from the right side) belongs to the apartment.  Public transport included in the Simmental and Saanenland with the SIMMENTAL CARD: Overnight guests in the Lenk-Simmental holiday region travel free of charge on public transport for excursions with a valid guest card.
Included: Power, heating, parking, linen, towel, dish towel, Wifi, toilet paper, soap, waste bags, dish liquid and a selection of different spices.
