Above Lauterbrunnen, 300 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, in the residential district, in a cul-de-sac, south facing position. For shared use: garden with lawn and plants. (slide, sandbox). In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). 250 m long steep, narrow motor access.
