3-room house 50 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor. With sloping ceilings: living/dining room with satellite TV and radio. Exit to the garden, to the terrace. With sloping ceilings, open kitchen (2 hot plates, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Top floor: (steep stair), 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 2 beds. Electric heating. Terrace furniture. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. A-frame house in wood construction.

The spacious holiday park consists of multi-storey apartment buildings and wooden holiday homes, each with its own green space. In July/August, the municipality of Immenstaad offers a holiday program for children (extra). PLEASE NOTE: Cats are not allowed as pets. Child friendly resort "Ferienwohnpark Immenstaad", surrounded by meadows. On the outskirts, 2 km from the centre, 800 m from the lake. For shared use: children's playground. In the complex: reception, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Central parking spaces.
