Rustic house "Gräfenroda", 2 storeys, built in 1970, renovated in 2019. In the district of Gräfenroda 3 km from the centre of Geratal, 5 km from the lake, 150 m from the stream, in the countryside, south-east facing position. Private: natural state property 350 m2, garden with wildlife garden and trees, meadow 30 m2. In Winter: please take snow chains. Stepped path (4 steps) to the house. Roofed, parking at the house.
