Fully equipped, comfortable apartment in a kelo log semi-detached house built in 1991, accommodating eight people. Situated in a peaceful, child-friendly area between Lake Kesäjärvi and Highway 5. Just steps from the front door, you can access cross-country ski trails, and the Ski bus stop is only 200 m away. The nearest grocery store, liquor store (Alko), and rental shops for snowmobiles, etc., are 900 m away. Ruka village is 3 km by car or 2 km on foot.

A large living area of the apartment was renovated in the 2010s, along with a bathroom and sauna. There are two separate bedrooms, with a double bed and bunk beds for children in the main bedroom, and a double bed (two separate beds) and a TV in the second bedroom. The loft provides sleeping accommodations for 2-4 people (steep stairs). The living room features a sofa bed. For rainy days, there's a 55" flat-screen TV, PlayStation, and wireless speakers for music (Bluetooth control). The cabin is equipped with a table-mounted high chair and a travel cot. The kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for cooking fondue or making waffles! Two separate WCs. Parking spaces (3) and heating sockets (2) are available in front of the cabin door.

The property is rented only for families, couples, and those seeking a peaceful vacation, not to groups under the age of 25. Additional information: High-speed internet connection (5G). The Ski bus route passes close to the cabin. Final cleaning is included in the rental price.
