High-quality comfort chalet with lots of flair & Savoyard charm on 300 m², on four floors. Quiet location in Champagny-Le Haut, a quaint and idyllic high mountain hamlet, in the middle of a "postcard landscape" at the entrance to the national park. Nearest restaurant ~200 m. To the village centre of Champagny (shops, après-ski bars, cheese dairy, baroque church) as well as to the express cable car & piste ~5 km. Free ski bus connection. High-alpine touring descent - with guide - from the Bellecôte glacier to the chalet. Cross-country ski trails, children's toboggan run and ice-climbing pillar ~350 m.
On the ground floor there is an entrance hall and the wellness area with sauna, shower and WC. On the first floor there are two double rooms, a 4-bed room with two single beds and bunk beds, each with a bathroom (shower) and 2 separate WCs. Also on this floor is the chalet's spacious, cosy second living room with table and sofa corner as well as a double sofa bed with access to the large balcony with panoramic views. The main living room with large dining table and sofa seating area and the fully equipped kitchen area are located on the 2nd floor. Large balcony with glacier view. One double room with bathroom (shower). Another double room. 2 bathrooms with showers. Separate WC. In the attic 4 small double rooms (sloping ceilings). WC.

Ski-Info Altitude chalet: 1,500 m. Ski area up to 3,250 m with glacier. With 425 km of pistes, one of the world's largest ski areas; 157 lifts. Champagny is well connected with an express gondola lift and modern 6-seater chairlifts to the Bellecôte glacier and Les Arcs. Two lifts take you to La Plagne (Plagne Centre) via the Verdons ski summit. Snow-covered valley descent back to the village. A highlight is the 10-km mega descent from the glacier outpost 'Roche de Mio' to Champagny-Ort, with a difference in altitude of 1,500 metres. Plenty of deep snow options in the Verdons area and on the Bellecôte glacier. Children's/practice lift (free) and ski school area at the top station of the cable car at 2,000 m altitude. Also next to the mountain station is the new "Pic-Nic-Chalet" with sun terrace. To Courchevel/the 3 Vallées ski area ~20 minutes by car.

Summer info Sports activities such as hiking, climbing, mountain biking, adventure trail, tennis, fishing and paragliding offer plenty of variety for young and old. In midsummer there is a mountain painting exhibition and jazz concerts in the St Sigismond church. The adventure course and outdoor pool are popular with children. The highlight is certainly the Vanoise National Park with around 500 km of marked hiking trails. Flora and fauna can also be discovered on guided tours.
