Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with shower/WC and satellite TV. 2 rooms, each room with 1 bed, 1 double bed, shower/WC and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds, shower and satellite TV. Sep. WC. 3nd upper floor: 3 double bedrooms, each room with shower/WC and satellite TV. 2 rooms, each room with 1 bed, 1 double bed, shower/WC and satellite TV. Sep. WC. Oil heating. Panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, one floor will not be available for use.

Parking (for 5 cars). E-charging station. Shop, grocery, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 20 m. Ski lift 1 km, gondola lift 1 km, slopes 50 m, ski bus stop 30 m. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.
