By plane

Ski holidays in Kappl, as with Galtur, See and Ischgl do not involve torturous transfers and are fortunate to have several international airports under 3 hours drive.

By train

If you are coming by train, Landeck-Zams in Tyrol is the nearest train station to Kappl and from there, it takes around 30 mins by taxi or bus.

By car

Driving to Kappl, especially in summer, is breath taking as you can go via the Silvretta pass between Tyrol and Vorarlberg on the Silvretta Hochalpenstraße - it is only open from May until November (covered in snow during winter) and is a toll road.

It is a stunning high alpine route with incredible views. Also worth noting is that whenever in Austria and using the motorways, you need to have a valid toll sticker (Autobahn Vignette) displayed.
