The Suites at the Castle residence is a digital apartment hotel offering an unforgettable holiday experience in the heart of the historic and cosmopolitan all year round resort of Kitzbühel. There are 12 superbly equipped suites, each with approximately 45 m² of living space, and a luxury penthouse with a spacious 110 m² of living space.
Each suite features a flat-screen TV and a private balcony or access to the lounge garden if you choose a ground floor suite - ideal for travellers wit pets. Simple and straightforward, the digital apartment hotel operates without a reception desk. You can conveniently check in at the check-in machine at the apartment building and receive your personal access code for your suite there.

Suites
The residence offers 12 exceptional suites – luxuriously appointed, spacious, modern yet traditional. Each room welcomes you with a warm atmosphere combining traditional charm with modern amenities. The perfect setting for feeling refreshed, energised, and simply fit after just one night. The suites range in size between 45 and 55 m² and feature two separate bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed whilst the other bedroom has two single beds which is ideal for a family holiday. There is also a bathroom with either a shower or bathtub. The small living area features a comfortable seating area and a flat-screen TV.

If you need more space, one of the suites can be connected to the Penthouse Suite via a staircase, meaning the sleeping capacity is increased to 8 people.
Penthouse
The spacious Penthouse Suite provides 110 m² of living space and boasts unparalleled panoramic views of the Hahnenkamm and Wilder Kaiser mountains. The Penthouse Suite features a bedroom, a spacious bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen.
The living area boasts a comfortable sofa bed, which is fully made up and prepared for occupancy by 3 or 4 people. The living room also provides private access to the two 30 m² roof terraces.
The Penthouse Suite can be connected to another suite via a staircase, thus accommodating a total of eight people.

Suite standard rates from €150 / night
Book the affordable Standard Rate. You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. The total amount will be charged to your credit card 30 days before your arrival.
Suite flexible rates from €170 / night
Book our flexible rate and be protected. The flexible rate can be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before arrival! The total amount will be charged to your credit card 3 days before your arrival.
Penthouse rates from €260 / night
The penthouse can be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before arrival! The total amount will be charged to your credit card 3 days before your arrival.
Check-in and check-out
The check-in time of 15:00 and check-out at 10:00. This gives time to ready the apartment for your arrival and makes sure the accommodation is exactly as it should be.
Minimum stay
During peak season (December to March and July and August) we have a minimum stay of 4 nights.
Deposit for 4+ suite reservations
For group reservations of 4 or more rooms, an immediate deposit of 85% of the booking amount is required to guarantee the reservation. In case of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be charged. After that, you will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
The apartment hotel is basically in the heart of historic Kitzbühel and a 10 minute walk to the ski lift.
Skiing holidays in Kitzbühel - a world class international 700 year old resort, famed for it's spas and the Hahnenkamm World Cup downhill held every January. Steeped in history and tradition, Kitzbühel is a ski resort that caters for the skiers and non-skiers in abundance - a shoppers paradise with a great selection of boutiques and designer shops.
With over 168km of pistes, mainly for beginners and intermediates, skiing in Kitzbühel is a fantastic experience.
