We want you to feel at home in our digital apartment hotel and experience an unforgettable holiday in Kitzbühel. To achieve this, we offer 12 superbly equipped suites, each with approximately 45 m² of living space, and a penthouse with 110 m².
Furthermore, each suite features a flat-screen TV and a private balcony or garden. Simple and straightforward. We are a digital hotel without a reception desk. You can conveniently check in at the check-in machine at the apartment building and receive your personal access code for your suite there.

Deposit
To book your ski holiday a 35% deposit is required at the time of booking. The final balance is then due 8 weeks before your arrival at the resort.
Booking deposits are non-refundable but they are flexible and you can move the date of your holiday at any point before your 8-week final balance due date. The booking can only be moved within the same season it was originally booked.
Check-in and check-out
The standard changeover day is Saturday, with a check-in time of 15:00 and check-out at 10:00. This gives time to ready the chalet for your arrival and makes sure the accommodation is exactly as it should be.

The chalet is located approximately 15 minutes walk from the centre of Kitzbühel or a 3 minute drive .
Skiing in Kitzbühel - winner of the best ski resort award for 2013. A top international 700 year old resort, famed for it's spas and the Hahnenkamm World Cup downhill held every January. Steeped in history and tradition, Kitzbühel is a ski resort that caters for the skiers and non-skiers in abundance - a shoppers paradise with a great selection of boutiques and designer shops.
With over 168km of pistes, mainly for beginners and intermediates, skiing in Kitzbühel is a fantastic experience.
