Our beautiful flat is located in the heart of St. Johann in Tirol with a view of the Wilder Kaiser.

Our flat is located in our private house, on the ground floor you will find a grocery shop and on the 1st floor are offices. On the 2nd floor there are also small offices, another flat and the private area and guest area are separated. There is a lift to the 2nd floor. A staircase leads to the flat.

The 80m² flat has 1 bedroom with a double bed and sleeping facilities for 2 people in the living room. In addition to the bathroom with shower and toilet, there is also an extra toilet. In the fully equipped kitchen there is a dining table for cosy get-togethers. You can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun on our beautiful balcony with a view of the Wilder Kaiser.

St. Johann ski area - wonderful all year round St. Johann is a perfect starting point for all kinds of excursions (Innsbruck, Salzburg, Munich,... all within easy reach) Golf courses, lakes, mountains, cycle paths - there is something for everyone

As our house is located in the centre of St. Johann, all amenities are within walking distance; whether a good glass of wine or a pizza, a bit of shopping or a hike or ski tour - you will find everything in the immediate vicinity.
