Our holiday home is located in the middle of the idyllic village of Laret by the village fountain.In 2022/2023 we rebuilt the house.The valley run Laret, is in the immediate vicinity.The ski bus can also be reached in just 2 minutes.Some of the hiking trails start from the house.Shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity.The village center Samnaun can be reached with a beautiful hike in 45 minutes.By car about 5 minutes.We have built a beautiful new house with a total of 4 flats in 2023.The flats are modern and lovingly furnished.The flat has 2 modern bathrooms.The flat is on the 1st floor with mountain view and access via 1 staircase to the terrace with evening sun!On request also bookable for 6 persons.Conditions and extrasTourist tax and final cleaning not included in the price and to be paid locally:Visitor's tax 4.- CHF per person and night (from 16 years).Final cleaning 160.- CHFOn request also bookable for 5 or 6 persons.Occupancy1-4 Persons1-4 Adults0-3 Children (0-17 year(s))
