Vallnord is the second largest ski area in Andorra with more than 60 km of slopes spread over the resorts of Pal and Arinsal which are lift-linked by cable car. The resort of Ordino and Arcalis used to be part of the carousel but formed their own ski area in 2019. If you wanted to ski in Ordino, there is a free ski bus from Arinsal and the journey takes around 30 minutes.

Skiing in Vallnord is geared towards families, beginners and intermediates with 7 green runs, 18 blue runs and 17 red. There are 4 challenging black pistes and off-piste trails for more experienced skiers and snowboarders. For non skiers, there are many other activities such as snowshoeing.
