The local ski area in Mürren has 56kms of pistes suitable for all levels from complete beginners to experts. For good intermediate skiers and experts, the 14km trail from the Piz Gloria restaurant at the top of the Schilthorn is a must.
For a day out, take the train and head down the valley to the beautiful lakeside resort of Interklaken. once there, you have the choice of Lake Thun or Lake Brienz.
