Above Zell am Ziller, in the district of Zellberg, 4.5 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, 6 km from the skiing area. For shared use: beautiful, well-kept terraced garden, 100 m2, lawn for sunbathing. Hot tub, arbour, garden furniture. In the house: WiFi, sauna, steam room, spa area, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Roofed, parking (limited number of spaces) at the house.
