Spend your holiday in our rustic chalet, which is located in a peaceful and alpine setting. With its picturesque location and rustic furnishings, the detached chalet offers the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. It is the ideal starting point for extensive hikes and allows you to enjoy the impressive panoramic views of the mountainous surroundings. Equipped with a sauna, this chalet offers everything you need for an unforgettable stay.

Inside, you will find a cosy, approx. 130 m² living space that can comfortably accommodate up to 9 people. On the ground floor you will find the living area with a wood-burning stove and cosy seating. Two dining areas and a children's high chair make shared meals a pleasure. State-of-the-art entertainment is provided thanks to inconspicuously integrated electronics - including LCD TV (Smart TV), DVD player with Dolby surround system, Xbox 360 Kinect, a stereo system and a CD player. The separate kitchen leaves nothing to be desired with a dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and cooker.

Enjoy the peace and quiet in this green oasis, which is only a ten-minute walk from the town centre. The garden with its garden furniture and barbecue is the perfect place to relax outdoors. The neighbouring alpine region and the local mountain Gernkogel with its impressive flora and fauna offer ideal conditions for ski tourers and nature lovers.

The area surrounding the chalet offers numerous opportunities for leisure activities. The idyllic mountain village of Wald is sunny and sheltered from the wind between the glacier-covered mountains of the Hohe Tauern and the Kitzbühel Alps. Explore the extensive network of hiking trails or undertake medium and difficult mountain tours in the Venediger region. Cultural events such as square concerts and farmers' markets as well as excursions to the Krimml Waterfalls or the Grossglockner offer a variety of entertainment options.
