"Montfort 10A", 2-room apartment 44 m2 on 3rd floor. Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed, cable TV, CD-player and DVD. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), 1 fold-away bed (90 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (NESPRESSO) extra). Bath/WC. Balcony, south facing position and north facing position. Beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.

Residence "Mont-Fort". In a quiet, elevated position, 200 m from the skiing area. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Steep motor access to the house. Parking (limited number of spaces). Supermarket 600 m, restaurant, bakery 350 m, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, station/poste" 550 m, railway station "Sion" 16 km, outdoor swimming pool 1.1 km. Golf course 16 km, tennis 1 km, gondola lift 350 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Tracouet, les 4 Vallées 350 m. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Additional accommodations can be booked.
