Partly renovated in 2024, practical furnishings: living room with sliding door with 2 wall-trunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), open-hearth fireplace and cable TV. Exit to the balcony, east facing position and south facing position. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony, north facing position. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen (3 hot plates, dishwasher, freezer, fondue Set (cheese)). Bath/WC, sep. WC. 3 balconies. Balcony furniture. View of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house.

Apartment house "Mont-Soleil". In the resort, 300 m from the centre, 700 m from the skiing area. In the house: washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house. Parking (limited number of spaces). Shop, restaurant 300 m, 5 minute walk to the centre. Slopes 700 m, ski bus stop, ice rink 300 m, children's playground 500 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Tracouet 4 vallées 700 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).
