DescriptionApartment located in the centre of Haute-Nendaz, close to all amenities and activities, ideal for a stay without a car!Renovated in 2023, it comprises 2 comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed and television, the other with 2 single beds. The bathroom has a bath/shower, washbasin and WC. The cosy living room has a TV and a large balcony that can also be accessed from the 2 bedrooms. The kitchen is open plan and fully equipped.Features:Hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, 1 cheese fondue set, 1 raclette set (with small pans).Internet and cable television.Hair dryer.From the south-facing balcony, you can enjoy the sun and a beautiful view of the Tracouet piste in Nendaz.There is an outdoor parking space in front of the building.The building has a lift and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer (with coins). Access to the apartment is very easy, even in winter.Fireplace can not be used. There is no space for a baby cot in the bedrooms. Please note: the swimming pool in the building is permanently closed.Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.There are neighbours living in the building all year round, therefore bachelor/bachelorette parties and other noisy celebrations are not permitted.
