Dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy a large south-facing corner balcony with stunning views over Tracouet and Nendaz. It's the ideal place for sunbathing, even in winter! 1 private outdoor parking space is available at the rear of the building. Lift and ski room in the building.Facilities: Kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, 1 cheese fondue set, 1 raclette set (with the small pans), dishwasher, oven, induction hobs, hairdryer, washing machine.The apartment is centrally located, close to the ice rink, playground and sledge run.
