"Chalet Du Soleil", 4-room apartment on 1st floor, south facing position. Spacious and bright, beautiful and modern furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, digital TV and electric shutters. Exit to the balcony, south facing position and west facing position. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, cooking island, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC, bath/shower/WC. Floor heating. Parquet floors. Large balcony, south facing position. Balcony furniture. Marvellous view of the resort and the Matterhorn. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). In winter, the taxi can only take you as far as “Cervo”, after which you have to walk about 300 meters along the ski slope to reach the house. Modern apartment house "Chalet Du Soleil", 3 storeys, built in 2015. In the district of Ried 1.2 km from the centre of Zermatt, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 100 m from the edge of the forest, 100 m from the skiing area. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Stepped path (110 steps) to the house. Supermarket 1.2 km, restaurant 400 m, bakery 1.2 km, café 400 m, bicycle rental 450 m, 25 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Sunnegga" 400 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 1.4 km.
