Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates). Bath/WC. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (extra) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Please note: The double room can only be reached through the first bedroom, suitable as a family apartment. Low doorframes (approx. 1.70m) to the bedrooms.

In the resort, 400 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, along the wooded area, 500 m from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: lift, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Narrow motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Stepped path (20 steps) to the house. Parking (limited number of spaces, extra) at the house, public parking 400 m.
