The flat has 2 bedrooms (1 room with double bed, 1 room with 3-person bunk bed). The flat is modernly furnished and has a large sunny terrace (south-west facing, 40m2). The open-plan kitchen-living room has an induction cooker, combisteamer, dishwasher and is very extensively equipped (Nespresso machine, fondue caquelot, raclette oven, toaster, kettle, etc.). The living room is equipped with a TV. On the ground floor there is a day toilet. On the 1st floor there is a bathroom with shower and toilet. The flat is ideal for families with two or three children (toys available) who prefer a modern and central flat. Washing machine and dryer available in the communal laundry. Pets are not allowed. Wi-Fi available free of charge.
