Description

30 m2. More information by the provider: The house Südlenz is centrally located on the Riederalp, just a few minutes' walk from the valley station of the cable car. In winter, it is directly on the ski slopes, not far from the ski school meeting point and the children's lift. Restaurants, sports shops and shopping facilities are easily accessible on foot. In summer, the house provides ideal conditions for hiking in the Aletsch forest or to the glacier. The nearby golf course is also easily reachable. The host family, themselves active in mountaineering, lives in the house and is happy to offer advice.
The studio accommodates 1 to 2 persons and impresses with its spaciousness and well-maintained furnishings. It features a sleeping/living area with a kitchen, two beds, a south-facing balcony with a view of the four-thousand-meter peaks of the Valais, WLAN and SAT-TV. For communal use, there is an elevator, washing machine, dryer and a ski room equipped with modern boot drying and disinfection systems. In summer, a sunbathing lawn with a barbecue area invites you to linger. The accommodation is a non-smoking apartment.
