A small room for shower and WC.The valley run Laret, is in the immediate vicinity.The ski bus is also only 2 minutes away.Some of the hiking trails start from the house.Shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity.The village centre Samnaun can be reached in 45 minutes with a nice hike.By car approx. 5 minutes.Free of charge: Parking in front of the house.
