The studio has an integrated living room and bedroom with kitchen. The bathroom is separated from the room. A balcony on the sunny side is available. The apartment is very well equipped with fully equipped kitchen, wifi, blue TV and Apple TV box. The kitchen has microwave, 2 hotplates, fridge with small freezer and dishwasher. There is a washing and drying facility in the house.

The house Jil-Marie is located in the village part Samnaun-Compatsch. There is a reserved parking space for each flat. The house has a total of 7 flats. The bus stop, restaurants as well as the valley slope no. 60 are directly at the accommodation. The grocery shop can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes. The adventure pool of Samnaun is also within walking distance. The village of Samnaun is a duty-free area and offers numerous tax-free shops.
Final cleaning CHF 75.-- per stay Visitor's tax 4.-- per person and per night. In summer the all-inclusive offer is included, in winter there are discounts with the guest card.
