A stylish and cozy villa, completed in 2024, located in Kuusamo right on the shore of clear-water lake Ikkunusjärvi. Private dock and boat. The sandy beach is initially shallow, deepening after a few meters. This peaceful and well-equipped property offers a stunning setting for relaxation and year-round enjoyment of nature.

There are three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with single beds. All the beds are motorized, providing comfortable and individually adjustable sleeping positions. The villa's living room/kitchen is spacious and practical, while the electric sauna adds a touch of luxury to your vacation days.

The services of Kuusamo town center are just 10 km away, and the wide range of activities and amenities in Ruka are within a 20 km reach. The villa's yard opens directly into beautiful nature, inviting you to explore and enjoy the outdoors in every season. This is the perfect destination for both relaxation and active holidays!

11 kWh electric car charging point. Wi-Fi = 4G. Smart-tv operates only with wifi and offers for example some free channels and Netflix (paid services requires guest's own account). In addition, normal TV channels are available via the antenna network.
