20km north of Kuusamo, Ruka 7km, Mustalampi pond 100m, shallow sandy bottom beach, pier. Length of the beach is about 60 m and it's in shared use with 3 other cottages. Rowing boat, 2 canoes and pedal boat in shared use.

Log-panelled cottage, built in 1988, bedroom: double bed and extra bed, living room: convertible bed, sleeping loft (10 m², low room height): 3 mattresses, combined kitchen/living room, electric sauna.
Air source heat pump with both cooling and heating functions.

Pets allowed at extra fee (price per booking period).
